SHIPPING POLICY

At Pure Heavenly, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Shipping costs for orders under $40 will be calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch your order within two - three business days upon receipt of order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

We do not ship internationally at this time and currently only ship to the continental United States. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause

Please note that during the holiday season there may be delays in processing and shipping time due to increased order volume. We are working hard to get orders out as fast as our (small) team can.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind our product 100%. If you have any concerns about your products, please contact us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pure Heavenly. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of 4.99 will be subtracted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive the returned item.
